We're delighted to announce we just won 3 Los Angeles ADDY Awards -- 2 for radio, and another for TV! Our very fun "Freakin' Sweet!" TV and radio campaigns for Twentieth Television and Family Guy each won an ADDY. Finally, we won a third ADDY this year for our "Don't Stop!" radio spot promoting The Sopranos on A&E. Congratulations and thanks again to our terrific clients!

Family Guy TV Campaign:
"Dance, Dance, Drop Your Pants!"

After our recent success in creating the "Freakin' Sweet!" TV campaign for Family Guy, our fantastic clients at Twentieth Television came back for more. We just created a brand NEW TV campaign for the show, featuring our own extremely catchy little original song (if we do say so ourselves).
Our terrific video & design partners at Aerodrome Pictures provided the graphics. Concept, script, video editing and
sound design by our own team here at World Wide Wadio. C'mon, sing it with us... "Dance, Dance, Drop Your Pants!"

(With 41% HH ratings growth in the first 8 weeks!) Congratulations to our terrific client, and thanks again for assigning us the launch radio campaign.

Major Success for Disney's Halloween Time 2007!

Family Guy Ratings Success!

0000004229_20060919220443_2We're wildly excited about the phenomenal syndicated ratings success of Family Guy! Here's an excerpt of the ratings breakdown from TV Week:
Off-net syndicated series have a new champion. Twentieth’s “Family Guy” unseated long-reigning off-net leader “Everybody Loves Raymond” in the animated series’ second week of syndication. The strip scored a 20 percent increase in households to earn a 4.2 rating.

Weeds and Californication Ratings Success!

The new Season Premiere grabbed the highest ratings ever for the series, with 43% more viewers than even the very successful Season 2 launch last year! This was followed by the hugely successful premiere of their sexy new series, Californication, starring David Duchovny! (Check out the full ratings story here on Yahoo News.) My Boys Ratings Success!

Weeds and Californication Premieres

Images8_2Images7After the tremendous success we had last year helping Showtime launch Season 2 of Weeds with a major award-winning TV and radio campaign, we're thrilled to say they came back to us again -- this time, to create a radio campaign for the Season 3 Premiere of Weeds, as well as the sexy Series Premiere of Californication, starring David Duchovny! The most head-turning spot in the campaign would have to be the one below, which was based on a client direction to incorporate a very specific and surprising song. (All we can say is, "Holy Sh*t!") FCCFU Viral Video Reaches 100,000+ Views!

Images12A year ago, we started a website, FCCFU.com, and launched a PG 13-rated, musical viral video to promote it. By now, you've probably seen it -- because it has now surpassed 100,000 views on various sites including YouTube, Revver and MySpace. (Not bad, considering we started out by sending out only 200 emails to friends whom we thought might be as pissed off as we were.)

Messagelabs - First Radio Campaign!

Images17Messagelabs is the world's leading provider of email security and management services. Recently, they decided to create their very first radio advertising -- a business-to-business campaign debuting on Bloomburg Radio. Based on a glowing referral from a previous client, they came to us. Since it was their first time, we started from scratch: helping them generate a creative brief... then we wrote, produced and directed the campaign. And, speaking of "direct," here's a direct quote from our new, happy client: "These are great!!!
It is exactly what we had hoped for! Thank you so much for all of your effort and time. Your team did an outstanding job."

WNCN 7PM News

Images31Our friends at WNCN had an idea for an "operatic" news promo -- which they asked us to produce for them very quickly, and on an extremely tight budget. The idea was to drive home the message that NBC-17 has the ONLY 7pm local newscast in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill. The resulting radio spot (which also spawned a video version) helped double the station's 7pm News demos in less than a month! Take a listen:

in its time period -- and the #1 SHOW ON BASIC CABLE FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK! (We'd like to take all the credit, but we guess host Jimmy Kimmel and Pamela's... er, "talents" deserve some thanks, too.)

Unisys/Microsoft Case Studies

Images9Images8Our friends at McCann Erickson, Salt Lake City brought us an unusual challenge. They asked us to cast two Australian and two Brazilian voices for two non-broadcast industrials. We had to dig a bit deep for casting the authentic Brazilian, but we found one who sounded great. According to the writer, we really saved the day. Theme of the project: A CD of case studies from Unisys and Microsoft -- advertising the Unisys ES7000 server and Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition.

Images65We just produced a wildly successful radio campaign for the highly-anticipated launch of the Chappelle's Show Season 1 DVD, thanks to our good friends at Comedy Central. Result: one of the fastest-sellling DVDs in history!
